Zāfir is Ruya Startup Studio's pilot program designed to support promising university students in building their first companies. Starting with Kabul and Kardan universities, we welcome students with innovative ideas and the commitment to turn them into real businesses.

Apply Online
Click “Apply Now” to complete the Founder–Idea Forms (RSS-01 & RSS-02) online. This is the fastest and most recommended way to apply، all you need is your idea and a few minutes.
Email Submission
Download the Founder–Idea Forms from the website footer, fill them out, and send them to: yes@ruyastartupstudio.com.
Perfect if you prefer working offline or want extra time to refine your answers.
WhatsApp Submission
Start a chat on WhatsApp, answer a few quick questions, and download the forms directly.The bot will guide you step-by-step and show you how to submit your Founder–Idea forms.
Zafir Campus Desk
